Customers who enjoy light roasted coffee will like our bright, fruity Ethiopian coffee.  This single origin coffee comes from the popular Yirgacheffe region.

This coffee can be traced to the Halo Fafate Washing Station, which serves around 900 smallholder farms in the area.  Ethiopian coffee is typically grown on small garden-size plots and is used to supplement a family's income in addition to being grown for personal use.  This lot features chocolate, toffee, and jasmine flavors.

We recommend buying whole bean coffee as the flavor of coffee is best preserved in the whole bean state.
